What kind of training methods can I expect?
I am a fear-free, force-free trainer. I rely on my education and experience as a canine behavior practitioner and dog trainer by using science-based methods. There are multiple methods I like to use, but all focused on positive reinforcement and teaching your dog what we WANT them to do.
All training is fun for you and your dog. Designed as games to keep you and your dog motivated to keep going and will be practiced in practical situations for your everyday life with your dog. I will never ask you to do anything that makes you or your dog uncomfortable. I will always explain how the training works and how your dog learns. I welcome any and all questions!
I cannot afford the full cost of the program right now. Are there any options?
If you truly cannot afford the cost of the program up front, please get in touch for payment plan options. I understand that money is tight for many people, but that shouldn't lessen your access to quality training for your dog.
What if I am out of your service range?
Currently I am serving Antrim County and surrounding areas for in-person training, but I also offer online virtual training for those out of my service area! Online training is convenient and allows us to work together without location restrictions. Please contact me to discuss how we can set up virtual training!
